Our experience has taught us that every divorce is different. Unique factors are at play in every case.
Divorce is an emotionally charged situation. Everyone probably knows someone who has been through the process before and advice can come from many quarters. Sometimes this makes it difficult for those personally involved to isolate the important issues. At Bernard Chill & Axtell Solicitors, we are a small, client-focused team and all of us have spent years guiding people through the divorce process.
When you trust us to handle a life-changing event like divorce, we have a responsibility. We take it seriously: Our job is to empower you, giving you control of a situation you might think is out of control. We do this by:
- Providing all the guidance and support you need
- Establishing clearly what you want from the process
- Developing a structured strategy to achieve your goals
- Providing you with direct access to an experienced lawyer who will handle your case from beginning to end
- Getting to know you and your circumstances in detail so that we can react quickly to developments at every stage
- Representing you in court if necessary, providing continuity and reassurance
Financial Divorce Settlements In Eastleigh
Partner Gail Strange is a Resolution-accredited family law specialist in ancillary relief, the process of reaching financial settlements in divorce. Where possible, we encourage a non-confrontational way of reaching solutions to financial disputes and we have very close ties with mediation firms locally to help us achieve this.
Fixed-Fee Divorce
We know that family finances are a concern during divorce. So that you can budget on your costs, we offer a fixed-fee divorce package for £900.00 for undefended cases where we do not have to personally serve papers. This fee includes VAT at 20% and court fees of £385.00. If separate disputes arise regarding children or finances, we offer flexible payment options.
Providing a personal service for you means that we would like to be able to meet with you face-to-face. If you prefer, we are happy to deal with your case outside the immediate area using email and phone — whilst still giving you direct access to our team should you wish to discuss specific concerns in person.
