When received we shall reply to confirm that we would be happy to act for you, our charges and details of any other charges that are likely to arise on your purchase irrespective of who acts for you, e.g. local search fees.

The quoted fee covers the cost of all standard conveyancing steps on buying a house or flat of average complexity and duration. An additional charge may arise if we have to do further work and examples of the most likely issues that could arise are set out within our quote page.
