If you are arrested you
normally have the right to immediate, free and
independent legal advice from a Solicitor of your choice
at the police station.
You do not have to proceed with a police interview under
caution or other police procedures unrepresented. You
are not limited to calling for the police station Duty
Solicitor.
We operate a 24 hour call out emergency number which you
can call to speak to an experienced Solicitor or police
station representative free of charge at any time.

If you have been Summonsed or Charged with any criminal
offence and wish to Instruct us with reference to your

The current legal aid schemes can provide you with
initial free advice and representation at Court. Please
contact us as soon as you are aware of your Summons or
Charge in order to discuss your position with us.
