We may need to contact you further whilst we prepare your Deed Poll. The recent introduction of Money Laundering laws means we will need to see you in person and prove your identity. It may be possible for us to travel to you in certain circumstances, we will discuss this with you when we contact you further.

Please note: You will need to attend our office and bring proof of identity with your present name with you. eg. passport, driving licence or birth certificate.








	The Deed Poll provides you with the documentary evidence that you have officially changed your name and is, therefore, the document that you will need to provide in order to change your name on official documents and records e.g. passport, bank account and drivers license.
