A Custom Made Will for £80 + VAT (for a single Will)

Our internet will-writing scheme offers you the opportunity of having your will prepared by one of our solicitors with many years of experience drafting wills for clients.  Unlike some "Electronically" prepared wills, or wills you can buy on CD ROM's, the wills we prepare over the internet are drafted with the same care and expertise as those made for clients who call in to our offices. If, having received your questionnaire, there is any doubt as to what you want your Will to say, we will e-mail you for clarification or telephone you to discuss the matter if you prefer. The cost is £80 + VAT for a single will or £100 for a couple who require 'mirror' Wills. This service is only available where the total of your assets is less then £312,000 (or £614,000 for a married or Civil Partnership couple)

This way you can be sure of getting a properly drawn will made exactly to your own requirements.  All you have to do is complete the short questionnaire which can be accessed by clicking on the word below.

Once you have completed this, just click the button to e-mail it to us and we'll draft the will and send it to you by e-mail, fax, or post as you prefer with full instructions as to signing, witnessing etc.  Our fee will be paid by credit card.

The purpose of this scheme is to prepare wills for the ordinary citizens of England and Wales.  It does not aim to deal with the most complex of wills involving large estates or complicated tax saving arrangements.  If you would like to discuss the cost of any or these things then please contact us by e-mail with your particular requirements.
